It is a shooting gallery game written specifically for the Young Sinclair magazine starring the editors. The bottom of the screen holds an interface showing the current score, a clock counting down from four minutes and the remaining power. The editors appear on the screen and need to be shot.

Damian Scattergood, the developer of YS Capers, was thinking of a way he could get onto the cover of the magazine Your Sinclair and made the game as a pitch, starring the editors. The game was included with the magazine and he was featured on the cover.
