Escape Velocity Override

It's Escape Velocity. It's bigger and more flexible but - at the core - it's EV. Fans of Escape Velocity, especially those who have registered, should be just as pleased with Override. It's well worth the price of an upgrade. It may even rekindle your interest if the original had gotten a bit old for you. If EV didn't grab you, I don't think there's anything here to make you rethink that opinion; it's not EV3D or anything like that. For those who have never played Escape Velocity, I'd call Override well worth the download. It was and is a good mix of action and strategy.

While lacking that sort of wit that made the original so enjoyable to play, Escape Velocity Override is on the whole a good run around and shoot them up sort of game with an adventurous twist. I just wish they had packed more of its predecessor's humor and sense of fun in there.
