Paul brought ten years worth of writing/technical/consultant experience to Sony Online Entertainment in 2004. He arrived from the most mundane, unlikely of fields, spending much much time documenting and teaching people how to make Windex, or writing manuals geared towards oil and gas refineries.
In 2009, Paul is currently the Director of Development Services for SOE.
