From 1993 to 2000, co-founder and President/CTO of WizBang! Software Productions, Inc.. Produced 3D games for the Windows platform. Responsible for business operations of a small high-tech business: new business development, contract negotiations, project management, engineering management, personnel management, and software development (12 staff + contractors). Personally designed and developed the objected oriented graphics and animation engine (C++, OOD/OOP, DirectX) used in all titles: HyperBlade, Microsoft Baseball3D, Microsoft Baseball2000, Microsoft Baseball2001, and Jamoke.

2000 to 2001, Group Manager for Content for Real Arcade at Real Networks. Managed team of producers and QA/Test team for casual game titles.
