Robert Picardo was born in Philadelphia in 1953 as his first film appearance was in The Howling back in 1980 and since then has appeared in many films and television series. He was memorable for playing Coach Ed Cutlip in the Wonder Years from 1988 to 1991 and as The Holographic Doctor in Star Trek: Voyager from 1995 to 2001.
