Paul Oughton has been in Sales his entire career.
He began at Telecomsoft in 1988, and then became UK Sales Manager for Mirrorsoft in 1990. Later he was the Sales Manager in the United Kingdom for Electronic Arts, Interplay and THQ. After that Paul took a year off to do some travelling, returning to work for Trilogy Logistics for several years.
He finally came back to the gaming industry in early 2008 when he joined ZeniMax Europe Ltd. as their Sales Director.
