Roger Carpenter was employed at THQ, where he worked as a Project Management Director on prominent racing titles including MotoGP 3, MotoGP 2 and Juiced. In October 2005, he joined Climax Racing as Game Director and circa 2008 he joined Microsoft Game Studios as a Producer.
His employment track record also includes spells at Acclaim and Hasbro Interactive, where he produced a number of bestsellers including Burnout, and ATV Quad Power Racing 2.
