Jim Black is Director of Technology Evangelism at NVIDIA where his raison d'etre is to ensure technical alignment with strategic developer partners. He's been with the company since February, 2000.

Prior to NVIDIA, he was the Games Technology Product Manager at Apple. Other positions include Sr. Java Product Mgr. and MerchantXPert Product Manager for Netscape Communications, and Product Manager for Veo, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Commerce One in 1999.

Jim graduated cum laude with honors from Wake Forest University with a double major in Classical Studies and Biology and received his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law in '91.
