Rick is a co-founder and President of Trilogy Studios, located in Santa Monica, Ca. Prior to starting this new venture, he spent 8 years at Electronic Arts Arts where he is credited with creating and driving some of the EA's biggest franchises including Knockout Kings and Medal of Honor.
He most recently served as Vice President and Executive Producer for Electronic Arts responsible for intellectual property development. Rick was responsible for the day-to-day creative leadership of teams of over two hundred and fifty developers in every discipline. Rick has been credited with roles in game design, art direction, sound, graphics and production. He is the winner of five Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences awards including Sports Game of the Year (Knockout Kings) and First Person shooter Game of the Year (Medal of Honor).
Entrepreneurial in spirit, Rick created his own highly successful studio in Burbank, California, prior to joining Electronic Arts. He is responsible for creating such hits as the Madeline series of products for Electronic Arts, the Tonka series of products for Hasbro Interactive as well as the first game based on the venerable Simpsons franchise: The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield for Fox Interactive.
