Erick Pangilinan is, as of June 2022, an art director at Naughty Dog. He joined the company in 1997 with his first project being Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. Pangilinan later worked on other key franchises - Jak & Daxter, Uncharted and The Last of Us.
