Overview edit · view history

Headquartered in Orange County, California, Loki Entertainment Software, Inc. ported games to the Linux OS. The company was established in August, 1998, and was in business until August 2001, when it filed for bankruptcy. In January 2002, the company was officially closed.

Loki had gambled that Linux was soon to become a major gaming platform, but as the transition moved on rather slowly, they were unable to generate sufficient revenue to stay in business.
