Road Rash II

The Good
This was different from other racing games. You can choose your weapon and bike depending on the mode you choose. In single-player mode, you can't choose your bike and weapon. First of all, you need money for the bike, second of all, you just don't start out with a weapon. To get a weapon, you have to smack someone else (you can also kick by pressing down while pressing C or whatever you use to punch) and if they try smacking you back with a chain/club, you can take it from them by taking another punch. There's also bike option if you have enough money (you get the most money when placing in the first 3). My favorite bike is the beautiful red Diablo. That bike is a speed demon! Whenever versing someone else (Mano a Mano mode) I use that bike and zoom off the course and into a tree. If I'm lucky and not in Alaska, I stay on the road. The Shuriken is a good bike if you don't have much money, otherwise, if you don't want the Diablo, stick with a Panda. There's also Split-Screen mode. It's like playing one player mode with another person--you both earn money, go on the same courses, etc. I tend to use two-player mode more. This is one of the first games I'll go back to playing as soon as I get my new AC Adapter [my older one broke )=].

The Bad
I don't have anything bad to say about this game. Even the music and graphics are good.

The Bottom Line
This game offers a challenging way to race and challenge yourself. There are multiple ways to get game overs (caught for speeding by police, crashing into obstacles too many times, or just plain sucking at winning races) and unlike a couple of other games in its time, Road Rash II worked with the simplicity. Road Rash II is a must-have for racing fans.

The Good
The bikes- fast, deadly and easily crashed. The violence- beat your rivals to high hell and they wont bother you any more! The theft- if they have a weapon you don't have, you can just take it! The cops- if you don't like them, just beat them up!

These have brought me many hours of rough racin' heaven, and what more can you ask from a 1992 sega genesis game!

The Bad
The only thing i don't like are the cops and there slow bikes, you can overtake in a split second. And they don't put up much of a fight the damn, rotten mouldy f&@~ers

The Bottom Line
FUN, FUN AND VIOLENCE!!!
