Everton Richards started working in the gaming industry back in 1997 with a company called Digital Extremes (co-developed with Epic games Unreal and Unreal Tournament). He is still with Digital Extremes and is currently working on their new title called Dark Sector.

Pitch Black Games Studio Title: Conceptual Designer, 3D Artist Time: 2009 - 20010

Description: conceptual designer responsible for developing space vehicles, weapons, Environments, and props for an up and coming next gen project. He was also responsible for developing the 3D assets and creating texture maps, advance shaders and UV unwrapping for the project.

Company: Digi Guys Title: 3D Generalist and 3D Modeler Time: 2007 – 2008

Description: created game art, implementing processes; developed the overall layout and production design of computer game assets and setting up levels for the game worked as game generalist creating UV mapping, mesh creation and texture mapping

Company: Davisville Games Title: Conceptual Designer and 3D Modeler Time: 2004 – 2005

Description: constructing 3D meshes and textures for a 3D online casino game within the Casino environments. He was also the technical artist responsible for investigating new techniques and methods and how they can be applied to a production environment. He worked with the lead engine and graphics programmers in building the engine tools from scratch, and brain stormed ideas for different tools artist would need to export the assets into the engine.

Description: At Digital Extremes I worked on Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament 2003 and Unreal Championship for the Xbox video game console. I also worked on Digital Extremes’ next project called Dark Sector. Freelance work involved creating an on screen graphical interface or a mock-up computer interface for a PoliceTV series KATS and DOGS.

TV Renaissance: 1994

Freelance work involved 3D animation of TV Renaissance ending credit trailer for the show “Forbidden Places” aired on the Discovery Channel.
