Ken St. Andre was born April 28, 1947 in Ogden, Utah. He is probably best known as the designer of the second tabletop fantasy role-playing game ever published, Tunnels & Trolls. He is currently retired from his long time position as public librarian, but still somewhat active in the fantasy RPG community.
