Michael Milan worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for Softgold / THQ between 1996 and 2000 and was responsible for localisation testing for licensees and general bug testing for internal and external development teams. Other tasks included product evaluation and hardware compatibility checks. In 2001 he left THQ and the game industry to pursue a freelance career as IT consultant and Web page designer. At the end of 2002 he left the business altogether and works now as Marketing Manager and sales clerk for All American Trains in Kaarst / Germany, an importer and dealer for North American Model railroads.
