Born in Holland in 1970. Charles started programming the CBM-PET in 1983. Around 1985 he wrote a C64 sound-driver, and started a sound company with Jeroen Tel as Maniacs of Noise. In 1991, he moved to the USA and started working for Interplay Entertainment as their audio director. Worked briefly for Shiny / Atari in 2002. Moved to Canada in 2003 to work for EA as Sr. Audio Director.
