Since 1981 Bergsala AB, with head in Kungsbacka, is sole agent for Nintendo in the Nordic countries and the Baltic States. Through the years we have supplied games from Nintendo to more than 85% of the Swedish households.

Bergsala with 50 dedicated employees directly serves the market in Sweden and Denmark. In addition of marketing, selling and distributing, we provide services from Nintendo and other partners to over 3,000 retailers.

Bergsala AB and Japanese Publisher Marvelous Interactive announces the formation of a new company, Rising Star Games. The new company will bring Japanese games to the European market.

May 6, 1999

Agerex Oy acquired the entire share capital of Bergsala Fun AB Oy (subsidiary of Bergsala AB of Sweden), thus gaining Nintendo distribution and representation in Finland.

1986

The company becomes exclusive distributor for Nintendo games in Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway.

1981

The company starts being the exclusively distributor of Nintendo games for Sweden.
